Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
â- Responsible for exceeding revenue objectives including sports-related sales revenue targets by impacting people (account executives and clients.)
â- Develop, lead, refine, and maintain discipline on sales training for sellers in business development using traditional, digital and other non-traditional marketing channels to meet client’s objectives.
â- Lead and train sales team in evolving media trends- including but not limited to - digital audio, attribution, data, digital.
â- Develop, renew, solidify and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects & agencies to grow our sponsorship client base.
â- Hold the sales team accountable to all priorities, with the ability to manage through both internal direct reporting relationships and peer groups to drive results.
â- Effectively manage sports stations and play-by-play assets by adhering to policies regarding pricing, inventory, management, merchandising, commercial content, competitive product protection, etc.
â- Leverage our data, scale and resources to guide sound management and operational decision-making across the sales organization.
â- Create sales opportunities (audio, digital, experiential, etc.) that align with client needs & demand.
â- Own financial metrics of the department, including pricing, inventory and expense management, and weekly revenue, pacing and forecasting.
â- Monitor competition and trends in the market.
â- Entertain clients - including weekend and evening sports events.
â- Other duties as assigned; this position reports directly to the VP of Sales

Salary/Benefits
$150,000.00 - 185,000.00 per year
The anticipated starting base salary range for California-based individuals expressing interest in this position is $150,000 to $185,000 plus bonus. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.
