Audacy Buffalo has an immediate opening for a Multimedia Content Producer. The ideal candidate has a sharp instinct for engaging fans while mastering best production practices, such as isolating news-making segments and optimizing titles and descriptions. Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and bridge the UX gap between over-the-air and streaming platforms.

Responsibilities:
• Manage daily live video streams for a WGR radio show
• Leverage over-the-air content into short and long-form podcast clips and VOD content
• Create compelling headline copy and tagging concepts to build user experiences and drive engagement
• Produce “Best of” episodes weekly by compiling top segments
• Collaborate with central digital and local staff to optimize top content clips
• Quickly activate breaking news content on platforms
• Maximize the ‘chaptering’ experience on Audacy platforms
• Contribute ideas for show content

Qualifications:
A highly motivated, creative audio and video producer who can identify the best moments and viral content to drive user engagement, downloads, and listenership.

• 3 years of audio production/editing experience
• Proficient in Adobe Audition and video editing software
• Experience with content management systems (preferred)
• Knowledge of VMIX, OBS, and/or Tricaster (preferred)
• Strong sports knowledge and editorial skills
• Ability to make independent, real-time judgments in response to breaking news
