We are looking for an energetic, dependable, flexible team member who uses sound judgment and has an outgoing personality that is ready to interact with station listeners, clients, and friends. This part-time gives you the opportunity to contribute to Audacy events for our stations in New York: CBS-AM 880, ALT 92.3 HD2, 94.7 The Block, 1010 WINS, CBS-FM 101.1, WFAN 101.9 FM and NEW 102.7.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
A Promotions Assistant is responsible for the following duties including but not limited to:
• Assist with contests and promotions that will live on air and on station websites, including winner release forms, paperwork and mailings when needed for contests.
• Assist with winner guestlists and/or emailing tickets to winners.
• Check email daily; attend mandatory meetings on time; be able to work weekends and/or holidays when necessary. Sometimes with minimal notice.
• Represent our brands positively in the streets at our events – create a fun environment, and encourage strangers to meet and experience our products.

• Must be 18 or older and able to lift 70 pounds.
• Valid Driver's License with a good record (including background check) and ability to drive promotional vehicles if needed.
• Open availability for event scheduling.
• Positive and energetic attitude.
