Job Title: Part-Time Promotions Assistant
Location: Audacy Las Vegas
Responsibilities:
- Execute assigned on-site appearances (remotes), promotional activities, and special projects.
- Assist in all aspects of on-site appearances, including vehicle and equipment setup/breakdown, prizes/giveaways, and signage.
- Support promotions and sales staff with station promotional activities both inside and outside the station.
- Oversee on-location station/client activations and promotions to increase audience interaction and engagement.
- Work closely with Programming and Creative Departments to ensure station positioning/branding is reflected in all appearances.
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador during appearances, including taking brand-focused photos, posting on social media platforms, interacting with guests onsite, and assisting talent as needed.
- Distribute station and client promotional items in accordance with terms set by Audacy Management.
- Promote a positive station image at all times.
- Act as a liaison between programming and sales in managing client expectations for appearances.
- May be responsible for website and social media postings as directed by the Promotions Manager.
- Perform other marketing/promotional department duties as assigned by the manager.

Compensation:
- Pay Range: $12.00/hr to $15.00/hr. Salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.
