This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Internship Start Date/Season: IMMEDIATELY
Internship Duration: MINIMUM COMMITMENT OF 4 MONTHS
Time/Days Required: 3-4 days between the hours of 10am and 6pm, number of hours flexible
Workplace Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Currently attending an accredited college
• Must be able to receive college credit for internship hours
• Must be available to work 3-4 days/week during internship period.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a face-paced team environment.
• This is an in-person internship, must be within a commutable distance of NYC.

DETAILS:
• Ideal Minimum 4-month commitment.
• Please indicate in your application what days/hours you are available. Looking for 3-4 days per week between the hours of 9:30AM - 6:30PM EST.
• Unpaid (with possible opportunities for growth as we often hire from within).
• Start Date: MAY 2025

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Emailing time-sensitive information for appointments and auditions.
• Editing labels and uploading audition tapes.
• Managing and meeting deadlines.
• Creating content for Social Media platforms
• Working with programs such as Breakdown Express, Dropbox, WeTransfer.
• Maintaining spreadsheets using Google Docs.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Tech-Savvy, Attention to Detail, Initiative, Multi-Tasking, Strong Communication and Organizational Skills.
• Experience in photo and video editing is extremely beneficial (Photoshop, iMovie, Adobe Premiere)
• Familiarity with Social Media platforms
• Proficient with Google Suite, Dropbox.
• Previous experience working with Breakdown Express, Google Suite, Photoshop is a plus!
