This is a Part Time Paid Internship
The BALA Firm is seeking a Summer 2025 Legal Intern to support our business and legal affairs team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on business and legal affairs matters for film studios, TV networks, production companies, and streaming platforms.
Internship Responsibilities:
• Review and summarize entertainment contracts
• Draft entertainment contracts with attorney supervision
• Maintain legal department knowledge management resources
• Conduct legal research on film, TV, and ancillary issues
• Assist with special projects supporting our clients
Who We're Looking For:
• Currently enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school
• Strong interest in entertainment law
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
Internship Details:
Part-time, 2-3 days per week (up to 24 hours weekly) from June-August 2025
Hybrid (primarily remote/occasionally in-person in Los Angeles, CA)
Hourly rate dependent on location, experience, education, and skills
