This is a Part Time Job
The Font Coordinator will work in a high-pressure graphics/live television, horse racing information and wagering environment. This individual coordinates live graphics broadcasts and ensures all graphics are accurate. The Font Coordinator edits for grammar, spelling and factual correctness in all graphic elements.
This is a part-time position which requires flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Coordinates all graphics for live show
• Pre-builds graphics for live shows
• Spell and fact check graphics
• Monitors remote feeds.
• Assist other graphics coordinator(s) during live show
• Some operation of graphic generators (training provided)
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proficiency with computer and internet skills required
• Must be able to work well with others
• Horse racing knowledge a plus
• Detail oriented and ability to stay focused
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
High school diploma or GED required. Prefer AA degree
1-2 years of Broadcast Graphics experience
Live Television Production experience preferred
Photoshop/Adobe Illustrator experience is highly preferred
