BICOASTAL MGMT in NYC is looking for a new FIT AGENT. This position requires a lot of multitasking, attention to detail, organization and great conversational skills. We are looking for someone who ideally has 2 years of experience in the fashion industry in some capacity. We are also looking for someone with a great eye and a passion for the industry and people.

It is important for us to have someone who can multitask and stay organized. They should enjoy sales and supporting models as well as have administrative skills as there is a lot of filing and organization required when keeping up with clients. Looking for a team player!

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree preferred

2+ years in the agency, casting, fashion or production industries.

The ideal candidate has an eye for fashion and beauty

Must have knowledge of model casting process

Ability to understand rates, usages and negotiate accordingly

Quick learning ability

Understanding of the different divisions

Excellent verbal, phone and written communication

Must have strong time management and organizational skills

Ability to work in fast-paced environments

Ability to work independently and in groups

Due to the nature of the job must be ok to work under pressure while remaining focused, proactive, resourceful and efficient

Attention to detail is a MUST

Salary commensurate with experience level
