This is a Full Time Job
The Associate Account Manager (AAM) will be pivotal in our dynamic advertising sales team. Tasked with the planning and executing digital and print media buys for the Billboard Endemic Sales team, the AAM will collaborate closely with clients and internal departments, ensuring seamless implementation of campaigns. The role encompasses involvement in every phase of the digital sales cycle, from the creation of media plans and collection of materials to delivery optimization and campaign performance analysis. A strong passion for music and entertainment and a robust eagerness to learn are essential. The AAM will be instrumental in driving the team’s growth and success through proactive engagement and dedication.
Key Functions:
• Proposal generation & submission for the music endemic business
• Assist with print ad closings across Billboard
• Book contracts in Salesforce.com and manage flow of Insertion Orders
• Processing in new advertisers in the system (pre-payment confirmation)
• Provide support for sales staff to meet quarterly and yearly goals and objectives
• Monitor campaign pacing and inventory availability
• Assist in the preparation of sales materials for client meetings and pitches
• Work with deadlines and traffic and creative from clients to Production as needed
• Send issues to advertisers in a timely manner as needed
• Assist in the management of day-to-day communication with key clients and internal stakeholders
• Build campaign performance reports for the client that are inclusive of information from third party servers and site direct reporting
• Garner insights from performance reports, data and analytics
• Provide support to a team of account managers and senior account managers to help strengthen pre-sale and post-sale execution (e.g., submitting campaign invoices, budget requests, campaign performance issues)
Requirements:
• 1 years of digital planning experience or account management experience at a digital publisher or digital media agency
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Salesforce.com and Concur.com (training to be provided on sales marketing C.R.M. and sales expense management platforms if need-be)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills - delivers information in a clear and concise manner
• Solution oriented – resourceful, thorough, organized. A proactive problem-solver, quick learner, and strategic thinker.
• Team oriented – flexible, helpful, and able to work well with others.
• Ability to work independently - pays attention to detail and delivers ‘˜client ready’ work (plans, decks, reports and recaps) that have been proofread and formatted appropriately.
• Time Management - able to prioritize, work under tight deadlines, and execute quick project turnarounds in a fast-paced environment. Uses downtime effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data, and draw strategic recommendations from data analysis
Salary: $62,500
