Associate Producer, Bleacher Report (Temporary)

Location: New York, New York, United States of America

Your New Role...
• The Associate Producer will play a vital role in helping to nurture and support Bleacher Report's live-streaming Creator Program. They will be at the forefront of identifying and acquiring talent and will provide crucial support to the creator infrastructure.
• This is a full-time, temporary position. Some night and weekend work is part of the job as we stream creator videos live on the B/R app.
• We're seeking detail-oriented, sports-loving individuals with a passion for the digital landscape.

Your Role Accountabilities...
• Talent Discovery: Identify promising live-stream hosts.
• Talent Acquisition: Secure new bookings for streams.
• Calendar Management: Assist in building and maintenance of booking calendar.
• Creator Relations: Act as a bridge between creators and the organization, providing comprehensive support.
• Database Management: Input and update data for the talent archive.

Qualifications and Experiences...
• Passionate sports fan with knowledge of multiple leagues.
• 1-3 years of experience in the sports-media industry.
• Enthusiasm for and expertise in the sports-content creator space.
• Proficiency in talent research and identification.
• Ability to build and maintain productive professional relationships with our creators.
• Strong communication in all collaborative mediums.
• Availability for night and weekend hours.
• Tech-savvy with an understanding of AirTable cloud-collaboration software.
• Familiarity with the video-production space.
• Experience onboarding and invoicing independent contractors.
• Resourcefulness in finding creative solutions to challenges and opportunities.

Note: This is a temporary 12-month contract position. We cannot guarantee the possibility of an extension or full-time offer at its completion.

Pay Range: $43,680.00 - $81,120.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
