Description:
HighlightHER is hiring a Social Media Temp responsible for managing and enhancing the brand’s presence on Instagram and TikTok. The role is ideal for a women’s sports enthusiast with strong copywriting and content editing skills to quickly publish and adapt content to match HighlightHER’s voice.

Key Responsibilities:
• Publish content immediately on Instagram and TikTok.
• Edit content to maximize engagement and optimize it for each platform.
• Monitor news and social media trends to identify relevant sports and pop culture content.
• Craft stylized hooks and captions in line with the brand’s social voice.
• Make swift editorial decisions, often without supervision.
• Cover live sports events and shows, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications:
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok style and publishing techniques.
• Passion for sports and pop culture with a deep awareness of HighlightHER and Bleacher Report’s voice.

Compensation:
Annual salary range of $40,768 - $75,712, with additional potential for bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.
