This is a Full Time Job
The Content Monetization Strategy & Operations team focuses on growing and nurturing revenue-generating efforts by our ad sales group for the US-based WBD portfolio, as well as editorial content monetization and audience-generating partnerships for our US Networks group.
The Paid Social Specialist will primarily focus on support for Bleacher Report (B/R) and WBD Sports sponsored content. This includes directly managing paid distribution and reporting efforts, and playing a key role in driving engagement, visibility, brand affinity and cost efficiency.
Working closely with the ad sales, marketing and content teams, the specialist will leverage his/her expertise to execute and analyze campaigns that align with media plan objectives and resonate with each brand's audience. This involves not only launching campaigns but also digging into data to provide actionable insights that inform future strategies.
The ideal candidate is described as a quick learner who is detail-oriented and self-motivated. These qualities are essential for managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and ensuring that campaigns are executed flawlessly.
Your Role Accountabilities...
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns for B/R and WBD Sports sponsored content across Meta, TikTok, and Google.
• Manage campaign budgets effectively and track delivery in alignment with media plans to ensure they meet or exceed performance objectives, such as engagement, visibility, and cost efficiency.
• Track key metrics across social platforms to maintain benchmarks for sponsored content.
• Prepare comprehensive campaign reports for external partners, including ad metrics, benchmark comparisons, audience insights, and strategic recommendations for future partnerships.
• Provide actionable, data-driven recommendations to content and ad sales marketing teams to further evolve the business.
• Collaborate closely with content teams to ensure sponsored content assets are optimized for paid social distribution and adhere to platform guidelines and best practices.
• Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid social and social branded content; Leverage this knowledge to enhance campaign performance and drive innovation.
• Participate in regular meetings with platform partners to stay informed about new ad products, features, and opportunities for innovation.
• Be available to launch and/or optimize campaigns on occasional nights and weekends.
• Provide support to team members on other content monetization initiatives as needed, contributing to the overall success of the Content Monetization Strategy & Operations team.
Qualificationsand Experience
• Candidates should have 3-6 years experience directly managing paid social campaigns across Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager (YouTube).
• Experience with social media management tools like Sprout and Meta Business Suite is necessary for pulling additional content data, which aids in campaign analysis and optimization.
• Proficiency with Excel, particularly pivot tables, and creating presentations in PowerPoint to communicate campaign performance and recommendations effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with team members and external partners of varying levels of expertise in social.
• Adept at interpreting performance data from campaigns and using it to make informed optimizations and recommendations for improving ROI.

• Ability to effectively collaborate with team members across different geographic locations, especially in remote and distributed work environments.
