This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship
Internship Start Date/Season: Late August (Fall)
Internship Duration: 3 months
Time/Days Required: 9am-6pm, 2 days out of the work week.
We are seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our production team at least 2 days out of the week, alternating between Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursdays. You will be working alongside the production coordinator and handling daily tasks as they come in. You will also be supporting a high level exec within the entertainment industry and receive hands on production experience from pre-production throughout the overall production process. Lunch will be provided and mileage will be compensated. MUST HAVE CAR AND VAILD DRIVERS LICENSE.

• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and familiar with virtual communication tools, such as Zoom and Teams.
-Self-motivated and sharp; able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Ability to adapt to changes throughout the day.
• Timely and prompt.
• Ideal candidate lives near office in West Hollywood.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with the day to day office maintenance.
• Assist with filing.
• Support the team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, drafting emails, and organizing documents.
• Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and team members via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
• Update production manuals and ensure everything is up to date.
• Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on industry news, trends, and developments.
• Maintain a positive attitude.
