Intern - Post Production

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Blumhouse Productions pioneered a new model of studio filmmaking, producing high-quality micro-budget films for wide release including the Paranormal Activity, Insidious, Sinister, and The Purge franchises.

Internship Description: Candidates MUST be CURRENTLY enrolled at an accredited college or university, or you will NOT be considered. Blumhouse is seeking a highly motivated intern interested in gaining experience and knowledge in all facets of POST Production. Must be available two days a week for a minimum six-week commitment with the possibility of an extension.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• General office duties
• Compiling research and documents
• Stock footage research
• Archiving
• Helping editorial teams & post production department
Required Skills
• Mac proficiency
• Must have own reliable transportation
• Must own a laptop; proficient with Office, preferably with Final Cut Pro and/or Avid Media, and efficient with DVD Studio Pro
• Organization and time management strengths
• Strong attention to detail

Compensation:
The internship is unpaid, but college credit is available.
