Operations Manager - Live Music

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team supporting live music. The Operations Manager will work with the General Manager of Live Music Operations to manage assigned areas within the venue operations to execute successful events and be responsible for the front-of-house functions at two Northern Colorado live music venues, including a 900-capacity club and a 200-capacity listening room. The Operations Manager will manage the areas of guest services, food and beverage, and other areas and projects as assigned. The role will report to the General Manager of Live Music Operations.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of three years of experience in the entertainment or hospitality industry. Proven interpersonal skills including effective communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will possess people and process management skills with a commitment to ensuring staff are properly trained and held accountable in the execution of their responsibilities. Experience in effectively managing schedules as well as an established budget is also required. Must have ability and flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including late nights and weekends. Ideal, but not required; the candidate will have experience working within the live music industry and coordinating event safety and security measures.

Position is based in Fort Collins, Colorado.
The minimum starting salary for this position is $55,000. All regular, full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, wellness benefits, retirement savings and company match. Additional benefits include sixteen paid holidays, accrued flexible time off, new parent leave, staff education and tuition-based education reimbursement. This is not a remote work opportunity. This position will work non-traditional work hours, including late nights and weekends.
