Agent Assistant

We are a growing NYC talent agency seeking a ''righthand'' professional and personal assistant to support our president and lead agent. This dynamic role requires a fun personality and a can-do attitude, supported by exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities:
* Assist agent with all aspects of talent representation, business management, and personal day-to-day tasks
* Handle heavy email and phone correspondence, data entry, paperwork, and administrative tasks
* Manage agent's calendar and coordinate all meetings and appointments
* Elevate and maintain the agency's social media presence, website, marketing efforts, and event planning
* Oversee the internship program, including hiring, training, and managing interns

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree and relevant industry experience
* Familiarity with industry platforms: Casting Networks, Breakdown Express, SAG/AFTRA, AEA, IMDB Pro
* Proficiency with tech tools: G Suite, Microsoft Office, WeTransfer, Zoom, Slack, Canva, iMovie, Cap Cut, Instagram, TikTok, Squarespace
* Excellent communication skills
* Detail-oriented, accurate, highly organized, and able to multitask
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
* Passion for talent representation/entertainment
* Enjoys taking initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment
* Works well both independently and as part of a team
* Genuine ambassador for DEI and authentic representation
* Outgoing, enjoys socializing, and attending events
* Must reside in the greater NYC area (position is both in-office and remote)
* Can provide own laptop and cellphone

Hours:
* Normal business hours with extended evening hours as needed
* On-call weekends as needed

Salary:
* Monthly stipend plus generous commission commensurate with experience
