POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Red Sox Fan & Youth Engagement team will be responsible for bringing the Boston Red Sox fan experience to life through the Red Sox Showcase and Sox VR at various public and private events around Florida and Fenway South, JetBlue Park. These experiences serve to bring the excitement of Fenway Park and the Boston Red Sox out of the ballpark and into the community with a mobile truck equipped with exciting games and baseball activities, and 360 Red Sox videos. The Red Sox Fan & Youth Engagement team will also be responsible for traditional marketing/promotional activations, such as promoting the Club's loyalty programs, Red Sox Nation and Kid Nation, and facilitating game day activations at JetBlue Park for Kid Nation and Red Sox Nation members.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Set up the Red Sox Showcase and Sox VR at different sites and JetBlue Park as directed
• Facilitate the run of show during events
• Create an immersive brand experience for all guests that exceeds expectations 
• Promote and facilitate Kid Nation and Red Sox Nation related advertising and activities
• Be a positive brand ambassador and represent the Red Sox and our partners in a professional manner at all times

CHARACTERISTICS/QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Excellent organizational skills 
• Ability to interact with and entertain a crowd of all ages 
• General knowledge of baseball and the Red Sox preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours with weekend availability
