Theatrical focused Talent management company is looking for an assistant to the partners!
The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail oriented, organized and is eager to support client rosters and the company. The job entails duties including rolling calls, scheduling meetings, sending appointments, uploading and cutting together tapes, coordinating scheduling with clients, etc.
We are looking for someone who is interested in talent management and desire for growth with in company.
Skills desired:
Relevant entertainment internships and/or 1+ years of assistant experience at a respected agency or talent management company
Bachelor's degree required
Advanced knowledge of the entertainment industry
Strong knowledge of Word, Outlook, Vimeo, WeTransfer and iMovie
Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills are important
Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong Knowledge of Breakdown Services and InEntertainment a MAJOR plus
