Broadcast Team Member - Intern

Job Description:
The Bristol Blues, a summer collegiate baseball team, are seeking a motivated individual to join their Broadcast Team. The intern will be responsible for managing live broadcasts of home games aired on ESPN+, creating promotional content, and assisting with post-game media. This role provides hands-on experience in live media production and video editing.

Responsibilities:
• Operate a 5-camera broadcast aired on ESPN+.
• Gain experience in producing, graphics, camera operation, and broadcast setup.
• Create promotional videos, advertising skits, and highlight reels.
• Set up and break down live stream equipment and keep the press box organized.
• Coordinate post-game interviews with players and coaches.
• Cut in-game highlights for social media.

Qualifications:
• Interest in live media production and broadcast management.
• Experience with video and audio equipment.
• Video editing skills (Adobe programs preferred).
