C3 Presents - Premium Program Intern - Spring 2025
THE POSITION
Are you looking for an exciting internship experience? Our paid, part-time Internship Program provides real-world experience for students who are interested in the live entertainment industry. This intern opportunity is in the Premium department. The Premium team is responsible for planning and executing all of the premium areas at each festival which includes GA+, VIP, Cabanas, Platinum, and Super Premium. You can expect to apply your academic learning to real-world situations and cultivate your leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. This is a part-time position, working 15-20 hours per week. You must have availability to be in office from Tues-Thurs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Guest Service support
• Assist with printing all festival creative collateral
Staffing support
• Create festival staff informational packets
• Research staffing software for 2025 festival season
Budget support
• Enter invoices into C3PO
• General C3PO maintenance
• Assist with maintenance of festival budget trackers
On-site at ACL
• Work both festival weekends in a support role for Premium department (Thursday – Sunday)
Premium Amenities
• Market research into festival amenities that we can offer in Premium areas in 2025, as well as, new ideas for guest gifts
Ongoing curriculum
• Weekly meeting with different person of the department to learn more about the inner workings of Premium
• Participate in festival deep dive meetings
• Participate in festival design meetings
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• This role requires you to be in our Austin, TX office Tuesday-Thursday. It is not a remote internship opportunity
• Currently enrolled in an accredited College or University
• Previous experience preferred (school, internship, or professional)
• Creative thinker and problem solver
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Must have own laptop to bring to the office
• Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
• Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy
• A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs
• Understanding and proficiency with Photoshop encouraged but not required
• Preferred interest in music industry and hospitality
• Commit to a minimum of 15 hours or 3 days per week on a part-time basis
