C3 Presents creates music festival experiences for millions of fans across the globe, setting the new standard each year for events that are as memorable as they are spectacular, including Austin City Limits Music Festival in Texas, Lollapalooza in Chicago (and seven other countries), and Bonnaroo in Manchester, Tennessee.
THE POSITION
Are you looking for an exciting internship experience? Our paid, part-time Internship Program provides real-world experience for students who are interested in the live entertainment industry. Join the Guest Services team at C3 Presents to be involved with and learn about what it takes to ensure patrons at our festivals have the most unforgettable experiences. Guest Services Production consists of working through the physical and practical elements of the time leading up to and day-of needs at the Festival site. You will be supporting our teams who work across the Festival site: from greeting patrons as they arrive, being a nexus of information, or progressing C3's sustainability initiatives with Rock & Recycle, Guest Services works across a large swath of the Festival's operations. In this role one can expect to learn about operational planning, inventory management, digital customer support, and then see all of that work culminate with an onsite active role at Lollapalooza in Austin, TX.
This is a part-time position, working 15-20 hours per week. You must have availability to be in the office Tues-Thurs.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Producing information guides for our onsite Guest Services teams
• Managing database files using Notion (setting up folders, creating meeting agendas, and collecting/updating documentation for the upcoming festival season)
• Attending meetings and taking notes
• Assisting in the Warehouse (able to lift 30 pounds)
• Responding to Patron Inquiries using Zendesk
• Working as part of the Guest Services team onsite at Lollapalooza 2025
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• This role requires you to be in our Austin, TX office Tuesday-Thursday. This is NOT a remote internship opportunity.
• Currently enrolled in an accredited College or University. Preferably in a field related to the internship you are applying for
• Previous experience preferred (school, internship, or professional)
• Creative thinker and problem solver
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Must have own laptop to bring to the office
• Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
• Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy
• A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs
• Understanding and proficiency with Photoshop encouraged but not required
• Preferred interest in music industry
• Commit to a minimum of 15 hours or 3 days per week on a part-time basis
• Able to lift 30 lbs
