Assistant – Television Scripted Department

Role Summary:
The Assistant will support two Agents in the Television Scripted Department at CAA, working closely with clients, executives, and various internal departments like Accounting and Business Affairs. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual capable of handling a high volume of administrative tasks and collaborating on special projects.
Responsibilities:
• Manage administrative duties, including heavy phone handling, calendar management, travel scheduling, expense reporting, and booking reports.
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, Agents, and Executives.
• Provide script coverage and engage with client pitches and material.
• Track current and potential clients.
• Assist with research, special projects, and information compilation as needed.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 10 months of Assistant experience in an agency, studio, or talent management setting preferred.
• Ability to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage competing priorities.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Confidentiality and professionalism in interactions with employees at all levels.
