Account Executive
The Role:
This role functions as an Account Executive for an iconic telecom brand, focusing on suite hosting for client-owned suites based in Seattle. The Account Executive is responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of suite night hosting, interfacing with clients, and collaborating with internal teams, external vendors, and property partners to ensure seamless event operations.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the on-site lead for multi-night suite hosting events.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to maintain consistent and comprehensive communication, ensuring flawless event execution.
• Assist in developing and managing timelines, run-of-show schedules, food & beverage management, gifting, suite branding, and budget management & reconciliation.
• Compile materials for weekly reports, activation decks, post-event recaps, case studies, client follow-ups, and status documents/project plans.
• Provide on-site event logistics support, including inventory maintenance, premium procurement, and brand ambassador manual development & training.
• Ensure adherence to all agency, client, and venue protocols, including vendor agreements and accounting processes.
• Efficiently utilize agency resources to support event needs.
• Exhibit critical thinking with a focus on proactiveness and meticulous attention to detail.
• Support the client's online ticketing requests and distribution platform, managing over 30,000 tickets for multiple sporting and entertainment events.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ticket access and distribution.
Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience in sports & entertainment experiential and/or event marketing.
• General understanding of current brand consulting and experiential/hospitality marketing industry.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion, judgment, tact, and reliability.
• Strong critical thinking skills with a proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to quickly pivot and take on new tasks.
• Excellent prioritization skills to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, coordinate key timelines, and perform under pressure.
• Willingness to "pitch in," "roll up your sleeves," and take initiative on tasks of all sizes.
• Knowledge of working with detailed budgets.
• Polished written and verbal communication skills, particularly in crafting well-structured email correspondence.
• Curious and energetic, with the ability to extract insights and present research effectively.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to ask insightful questions.
• Interest in entertainment and pop culture, including staying updated on trends, sports, awards shows, and related media.
• Ability to efficiently utilize agency resources.

Location:
This position is based out of Seattle and operates remotely, with required onsite venue support in the Seattle Regional Area.
Compensation:
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $68,000 to $73,000. This position is also eligible for benefits and a discretionary bonus.
