The Role
The Brand Consulting Account Manager will play a key role on the Hospitality team focused on managing a third-party ticket management platform/partner. The Manager will be responsible for analyzing, reviewing, and reporting on the usage of all tickets and hospitality-based programming including ticket banks, season tickets, concert & event passes & suite programs across multiple venues. The candidate will interface day-to-day with the client and will work cross-functionally with internal teams, external vendors, clients, and property partners. They will also be responsible for attending & managing events to provide suite hosting duties inclusive of guest registration, ticket allocations, F&B management, etc.
Responsibilities
• Focus solely on managing the ticketing application platform across all contractual ticketing, suite, and hospitality assets
• Keep track of inventory, fulfill requests, and optimize processes to ensure clear communication and utilization
• Act as function expert of the platform, create and update inventory on a regular basis
• Provide regular & detailed reporting along with summaries and recommendations
• Leverage data to develop new insights with the goal of improving planning and strategy execution
• Interact with senior-level, C-suite executives on-site at events based in Seattle with the goal of helping the client retain, deepen relationships, and show appreciation for their existing clients
• Continually improving the end-to-end client experience, ensuring that all attendee touch points across the entire event life cycle are delivered with the highest level of quality and consistency
• Develop relationships with clients as a trusted advisor, while driving business/projects forward
• Other Administrative and related duties as assigned
• Additional projects as assigned, which may include: assistance on other events and hospitality programs, POVs, white papers, property/event research, etc.
• Ability to work 5–10 live events per month, as well as attend and participate in on-site team meetings
• Develop and deliver compelling written and verbal communications
• Create presentations for key meetings internally and externally
• Develop relationships across CAA to find and promote new opportunities to client
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree
• 5-7+ years of shown experience in ticket management (property side or third-party management)
• Understanding of hospitality and B2B programs
• A passion for hospitality, sports & entertainment, celebrity & lifestyle culture
• Demonstrated experience in positions requiring discretion, judgment, tact, and poise and you are absolutely reliable and trustworthy
• Able to prioritize multiple projects with ease, manage deadlines, coordinate key timelines, and perform under pressure with strong attention to detail
• Not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get the job done. Must take initiative whether the task is big or small.
• Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and confident with ambiguity while course-correcting based on evolving decisions and circumstances
• Can lead client meetings, staff planning and keep all parties on task, on time, and on budget
• Strong fiscal approach with excellent budget management and forecasting skills
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for experiential decks and run-of-show planning purposes
Preferred Skills
• Understanding of sports and entertainment sponsorship is a plus
• Experience providing strategic thinking to clients, including identifying, analyzing, problem-solving, and responding to opportunities and challenges with the ability to translate into practical plans of action
• Strong knowledge of industry trends and ability to innovate product and service offerings
Location
This position will be located with our clients onsite in Seattle, WA.
Compensation
The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $85,000 - $93,000. This position also is eligible for benefits and a discretionary bonus. Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in the role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
