Job Title: Brand Consulting - Executive Assistant

#### Job Description:
CAA seeks an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to multiple senior executives. The role requires a proactive, organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings while considering dependencies and competing priorities.
• Prepare and submit expense reports, reconcile corporate credit cards, and manage department invoices.
• Assist in the creation of meeting and presentation materials, including slides, proposals, and onboarding decks.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between executives, clients, and internal teams.
• Build trust-based relationships with executives, anticipating their needs and proactively addressing them.
• Manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines with adaptability and problem-solving skills.
• Assist with research and special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
• 5–7 years of progressive administrative experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
