The CAA Brand Consulting team has a Insights and Analytics offering that works across all of our corporate clients. This role is a chance to join our Insights & Analytics team in New York, working closely with our in-house client teams to provide consultancy and research support across a variety of existing and new business projects. Our team offers a variety of research services and products to brand clients and is integral to many aspects of the Brand Consulting business. This role will collaborate significantly across teams from domestic and global offices including London, Munich, Los Angeles and Jacksonville.
The Responsibilites
• Play a key role in maintaining and improving the Power BI measurement and analytics dashboarding and reporting capabilities within our Brand Consulting division across domestic and global clients.
• Lead the organization, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Brand Consulting's internal operational dashboard.
• Provide regular operational dashboard updates to key internal stakeholders and Brand Consulting Leadership.
• Collect, clean, and integrate raw data for use in client reports and internal operational dashboards.
• Utilize third-party, internal, and client-owned research tools to aggregate and analyze traditional, social, and digital media data within Power BI dashboards.
• Build and maintain applications using various Microsoft Power Apps (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Develop and implement automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Collaborate with CAA's IT team to define and implement best practices for the governance of the Power Platform environment.
The Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Data Science, etc.).
• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in research, analytics, and application development.
• Proficient in Power Platform (Canvas/model-driven apps, SharePoint, Power BI)
• Strong skills in developing and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Strong understanding of relational database structures and SQL.
• Highly developed communication skills, both verbal and written, to communicate effectively and persuasively, including the ability to present and adapt to different stakeholders.
• Experience with additional programming languages (e.g. R, Python) is a plus.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and experience in designing user-friendly applications.
Preferred Skills
• Understanding of sports and entertainment and sponsorship is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of industry trends and ability to innovate product and service offerings is a plus
Location:
Based out of the New York office, this role is onsite/in the office Tuesday through Thursday and remote Monday and Friday.
Compensation:
The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $83,000-$106,000. This position also is eligible for benefits and a discretionary bonus. Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
