Client-Facing Role | CAA Brand Management
CAA Brand Management supports iconic talent and brands with expanding into new consumer product categories and territories through licensing, strategic partnerships, and joint ventures. Operating in 20 countries, CAA helps clients generate revenue through brand extension programs across various distribution channels.
Responsibilities:
• Develop relationships with clients and internal teams
• Maintain detailed records of distribution, product approvals, and contracts
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure continuous communication
• Protect brand DNA and image
• Manage contractual compliance and track obligations through tools like Brand Comply
• Evaluate market trends and competitive landscape
• Assist client team with day-to-day tasks, including licensee management and marketing strategies
• Manage partner onboarding and annual product launch calendars
• Oversee product approvals and ensure timelines are met
• Act as liaison between licensees and clients for product development
• Track budget changes and communicate with finance teams on forecasts and reporting
Qualifications:
• 2+ years' experience with a licensing agency, brand management company, or financial institution
• Graduate level education with strong commercial understanding
• Experience working with key decision-makers
• Ability to handle detailed and complex projects
• Positive, solution-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
