The Role
CAA's Brand Studio is looking for an Assistant to work closely with the CCO and brand team. This person will provide administrative support and oversee scheduling for current client projects. The necessary traits to be successful in this role are purpose-driven, optimistic, proactive, attention to detail and a passion to understand culturally relevant design. The ideal Assistant needs to be comfortable wearing many hats, be a true team player and thrive in an innovative design environment.

Responsibilities
Support Chief Creative Officer (CCO) & Brand Studio Executive Administratively
• Handle all scheduling with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate relevant information pre and post meetings and assist with researching business and category topics as needed
• Participate in client meetings with design team - handle files and track approvals
• Cover and submit expenses for CCO, arrange travel details for remote client meetings
• Interface with tech team on meeting set ups as needed/IT coordination support
• Follow up with Accounts Payable team for all approved invoices/reimbursables
• Draft and circulate Agenda for project Kick-Off with CCO support
• Coordinate appropriate team involvement pending creative deliverables
• Coordinate and track all approvals from CCO and client until completion
• Liaison with team on development status and update group status document accordingly
• Provide departmental scheduling support for all Brand Studio clients.
Qualifications
• 1+ yrs administrative experience at a branding agency or in-house brand of relevant category (lifestyle branding – retail, retail experiential, fashion, beauty, home, food).
• Familiarity and experience with client servicing project management, scheduling and prioritization, follow up process for approvals
• Excellent professional outreach skills and proactive spirit.
• Ability to organize and own workflow and collaborate to maintain best practices throughout the creative development process.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Project Management tools and applications a plus (example: Monday, Slack, etc.)
Location
• On-Site in Los Angeles, CA; Hybrid schedule.
Compensation
• The base hourly rate for this position is in the range of $20.00-22.00. This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus. Ultimately, wages may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
