Comedy Touring Assistant – CAA

Job Description:
CAA is seeking an Assistant to support an Agent in the Comedy Touring department. The role is ideal for someone passionate about comedy, talent booking, and live touring. The candidate should be motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Growth opportunities exist for top performers.
Responsibilities:
• Handle heavy phone calls, calendar management, scheduling travel, booking reports, and expense reports
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, buyers, agents, and executives in comedy touring and podcast spaces
• Track clients and potential clients
• Assist with special projects, research, and compiling industry data
• Input offers and follow up with buyers
• Track ticket sales for on-sale shows and update records
• Manage and track contracts and deposits for network and live touring client deals
Qualifications:
• 1+ year of administrative experience in entertainment, talent, or agency settings
• Strong time management and multitasking skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• BA/BS degree preferred
