The Role
We are looking for a Departmental Assistant to join our growing F&A team in Los Angeles. The incumbent is responsible for administrative support of key F&A executives. As a member of the Finance and Accounting team, this position assists with scheduling, administrative and office support activities for assigned executives. This hybrid role requires onsite presence 3 days a week or more, as mandated by the business. Office hours are 9AM – 6PM Monday – Friday.
Responsibilities
• Performs administrative and office support activities for executives
• Route incoming calls to the appropriate personnel
• Manages calendars for multiple executives, setting up and managing meetings, reserving conference rooms etc.
• Manages expenses process for executives
• Receiving and directing visitors
• Maintain department and vacation/sick calendar and contact lists
• Work with other assistants to ensure best in class service
• Special ad-hoc Finance & Accounting projects as assigned
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years of general office experience; Reception experience a plus
• Strong Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Professional demeanor and superior organizational skills
• Interest in Finance and Accounting
Location
• This role is hybrid, based in the Los Angeles office.
Compensation: The base hourly rate for this position is in the range of $22.00 - $28.00 . This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus. Ultimately, wages may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
