Who We Are
The Role
The HR Coordinator will run the daily HR functions for the southeast region including onboarding, employee engagement, and HRIS/personnel file management. The role will support project-based work for the Sports Talent groups nationally and Music Touring groups in the US-Eastern region. The HR Coordinator will serve as the main HR contact for all hourly employees in the Southeast Region and Sports Talent groups nationally.
Responsibilities
• Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate smooth new hire onboarding process for employees in the Southeast Region coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional new hire experience
• Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews including entering data into HRIS, auditing for accuracy and compliance, including completing and verifying Form I-9
• Maintain all Employee Files, ensuring proper document storage
• Handle employment-related inquiries from hourly employees, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate person
• Develop and execute positive employee relations initiatives; coordinate check-ins, employee engagement initiatives, workshops, etc.; foster and maintain quality relationships with all hourly employees
• Understand hourly employees career goals, their strengths and opportunities, and provide input on talent management conversations
• Participate in communication planning for all hourly employees, including change management initiatives
• Help conduct and organize learning and development initiatives for the Music Touring and Sports Talent groups, as needed
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• 1-2 years of human resources experience in a corporate environment
• Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources and talent management
• Passionate about being of service, working collaboratively, and creating great experiences for our employees
• Extremely proactive and able to easily shift priorities
• Ability to succeed in a fast paced, highly demanding, high volume, dynamic, corporate environment
• Detailed with strong organization skills
• Team player with a high sense of urgency
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization
• Experience working in a sports, entertainment, or media company preferred
• Workday experience a plus
Location: This is a hybrid role based out of our Nashville, TN, office.
Compensation: The base hourly rate for this position is in the range of $23.00 - $27.00. Ultimately, wages may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria. Please talk with a CAA Recruiter to learn more.
