The Role
Creative Artists Agency (CAA) is seeking a proven leader with excellent relationship building skills and a passion for data and managing a large portfolio of Human Resources (HR) projects, programs and services. This role will collaborate closely with HR counterparts in providing seamless end to end delivery of the portfolio projects enabling the HR function to deliver with excellence to our partners (employees) and candidates.
This role is critical to the HR function and will lead capturing, clarifying and visualizing the full portfolio of HR work. This role will ask thoughtful and probing questions that clarify problems and shape vision. We are seeking talent with the experience in portfolio and project management space. Ideally someone with the following skills:
• Demonstrated partnership ability to lead teams
• Ability to identify stakeholders to cohesive drive solutions
• Determine appropriate project methodologies
• Facilitate insight-driven prioritization
• Identify connections in work to thoughtfully sequence and deliver solutions to our partners and candidates.
This role will serve as a strategic advisor, resource, and critical link between the CHRO, HRLT, and our Human Resources team.
This role reports directly to our Head, Global HR Operations and will support initiatives that align with CAA's overall business strategy.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Build comprehensive and effective change management strategies to mitigate risk and ensure project success
• Develop project plans in collaboration with sponsors and partners to execute strategic HR initiatives, distribute work among team members (including self, this role will also execute project deliverables), set expectations, and execute on project plans
• Take initiative to establish partnerships and collaborate with key business stakeholders and HR team members to foster teamwork, collaboration, and learning within the HR team, contributing to a positive work environment
• Communicate status updates to appropriate audiences using a consistent cadence and format
• Implement and track project execution to success by driving team milestone completion; identifying and removing process and operational roadblocks; calling out critical decisions to reach alignment
• Own major end-to-end processes and events on a project, take initiative, and use problem solving skills to think beyond the task to the outcome that needs to be achieved
• Build project governance structure including project leadership, project update process/cadence and escalation of critical decisions
• Use broad knowledge of HR and include appropriate SMEs to lead team members resulting in a cohesive and integrated solution
• Facilitate problem-solving activities to define problems, assess current state root causes, design and test solutions, and implement solutions leading to desired outcomes tied to business results
• This role may serve the organization in a supporting, advisory manner in addition to managing and driving projects from initial concept through successful change management and final implementation.
• Drive alignment, accountability for HR priorities
• Ability to facilitate meetings and drive consensus and collaboration to facilitate decisions
• Determine project measurements, KPI's and milestones and manage projects to ensure successful implementations.
• Routinely bring together multiple senior-level stakeholders with varying perspectives and drive decisions, resolve conflicts, influence outcomes, and enable leader success.
• Maintain a master schedule of upcoming milestones. Examples include but are not limited to:
• Quarterly Functional Reviews (QFR)
• Audits, People Tempo
• HRLT Workshops
• Employee Engagement
• Diversity Equity Inclusion and Belonging initiatives
• Leads and supports the CPO by anticipating, planning and managing events for the leadership team and overall Human Resources
• Ability to weave all of HR programming and initiatives into compelling PowerPoint/Keynote presentations with key audiences in mind.
Education
and experience required:
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related field
• Master's Degree in Organizational Development or MBA preferred
• Experience with change management framework ADKAR; Prosci certification preferred
• 7+ years overall in Human Resources and program management experience
• Strategic thinker who can balance short- and long-term objectives, interpret business strategy and connect teams
• Impeccable managerial, leadership and interpersonal skills; high emotional EQ
• Requirements gathering and analysis experience (5+ years)
• Must be able to handle highly sensitive information and maintain confidences at all times
• Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior management
• Impeccable time management and multi-tasking skills
• Business minded and strategic planner
• Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments
• HR Knowledge based on a combination of theory, learning, research and hands-on experiences
• Technical Skills: Workday (preferred), MS Office (including PowerPoint or Keynote), Power BI
• Ability to deal with ambiguity, be self-driven, multitask and manage change, competing priorities and deadlines
• Works well under tight timelines with sometimes limited information
• Experience developing effective resource and project plans.
• Strong decision making, results delivery, flexibility, team building, and the ability to stay current with relevant technology and innovation.
• Demonstrated ability in creating compelling decks in Powerpoint or Keynote.
