OVERVIEW
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and self-motivated Project coordinator to join our award-winning London team to organise and manage the workflow through our growing Creative and Design teams and support across our portfolio of global sport & entertainment brands.
We are seeking a Studio traffic manager to join our busy Creative and Deign Department. The role will be responsible for supporting the small but busy Creative Lab (Insight-led Strategy, creative positioning and campaign creation team) and Design Studio (Full-service design team working across print, social and digital) teams with all inbound briefs, process development, studio workflow, scheduling of all projects, job trafficking and design administrative needs. In-depth knowledge and experience of design production is a must for this role.
THE ROLE
This is a key role in a growing Creative and Design department within CAA Brand Consulting, reporting into the Co-heads of creative you will be the key gate keeper for all projects briefed into CAA Brand Consulting's creative and design engine including all aspects of partnership marketing from Strategy and creative campaign development to the production of design assets across print, social, digital, experiential activations, photography and film production. As Studio traffic manager you will be liaising with key account team stakeholders across the business, managing timings and expectations, prioritising workflow & allocating resource (both in-house and freelance) accordingly. We are looking for an experienced self-motivated team player with working knowledge of creative and design processes and production – you should be able to confidently brief production partners and have experience of photo/film shoot organisation and management. This is a great opportunity for someone who is currently a traffic manager, studio manager or project manager at a design or creative agency who wants to be part of a growing global function within a large business that sits at the cross-section of popular culture.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Become point person for the wider Brand Consulting business to engage Creative Lab and Design studio teams
• Establish critical paths for all creative and design projects
• To manage the briefing process of all inbound Creative and Design Studio requests
• Effective scheduling, reporting and managing of multiple projects
• Day-to-day manage projects through Creative Lab and Design studio
• Liaise with and organise production partners
Essential skills
• Experience in a fast-paced design and creative studio managing multiple design and creative campaign outputs.
• Knowledge of creative and design job workflows and timelines with an ability to help estimate costs and delivery times
• Project management and delivery skills, from initial brief to final completion
• Being client-focused with the ability to develop strong relationships
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, across all channels
• Ability to prioritise tasks while being a multitasker Being an enthusiastic, ambitious self-starter with a passion for creativity
• Ability to pre-plan, anticipate and manage project related risks and challenges
• Ability to take a brief and allocate appropriate resource to deliver it effectively.

• The ability to work with our internal production and creative teams with good understanding of different skill sets
