Overview:
Creative Artists Agency (CAA) is a full-service entertainment, media, and sports agency. This role involves supporting an agent in the Television Talent department, providing administrative and talent representation assistance. The ideal candidate will be passionate about talent representation in TV and willing to take on additional responsibilities, including pitching, submitting on breakdowns, and script coverage.
Responsibilities:
• Manage administrative tasks, including handling heavy phones, calendar management, travel scheduling, and preparing expense reports.
• Act as the first point of contact for clients, agents, and Network/Studio Executives.
• Maintain grids of data and follow up on important tasks.
• Assist with special projects, research, and gathering information as needed.
• Stay informed on entertainment industry trends, particularly in TV and Motion Pictures.
• Read and provide coverage for scripts.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 10 months of professional administrative experience.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, meet tight deadlines, manage multiple projects, and handle competing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
