Busy emerging film and streaming production company seeks Project Manager / Executive Assistant. Must be creative, self-starter, ''good with the written'', flexible, detail-oriented, team player, must have own transportation and ability to travel. Social media savvy - able to create content, post and respond in community. Excellent opportunity for growth and industry advancement.
This role requires exceptional communication, organizational, problem-solving skills and an ability to navigate a fast-paced work environment. You will be responsible for managing schedules and coordinating high-priority projects and ensuring that key initiatives stay on track and deadlines are met.
What you'll do:
Executive Support & Coordination
Manage executive calendars and schedules, coordinate meetings with internal and external participants.
Attend select meetings to capture creative meeting notes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups
Prepare executive briefing materials by compiling relevant background information for meetings and presentations
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive legal, commercial, and creative matters with discretion
Draft and review internal and external communications on behalf of executives
Prioritization of incoming communications, identifying key action items
Maintain and update key contact databases, CRM records, and project tracking tools
Project & Event Management
Plan and execute internal corporate events, executive offsites, and industry conferences
Assist in managing special projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and administrative experience supporting a high-level executive, preferably in entertainment or media.
Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills and big picture orientation.
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and action-oriented.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ability to draft professional correspondence and executive-level materials.
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential matters.
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and make sound decisions in a fast-moving environment.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office
Canva a plus, ability to create presentations
Social media savvy - able to create content, post and respond in community.
Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate.
Entertainment industry knowledge. Passion for media and entertainment.
