Technician (Production Support)
CBS2/KCAL9 is seeking a Technician for Production Support in Los Angeles. This role involves working with the editorial staff and field crews to acquire live signals, editing video, and supporting technical needs in the Production Control Room and Studio.

Key Responsibilities:
• Acquire and route RF and bonded cellular signals (Dejero, LiveU)
• Edit video, including Vo, Sots, PKG’s
• Provide studio support, assist guests with microphones, and run handheld cameras
• Support producers with technical needs in the Studio and Production Control Room
• Safely operate news-gathering equipment from the TOC room
• Schedule and record live feeds
• Make sound technical decisions to ensure smooth operation
• Complete other assigned duties as necessary
