CBS Network Photo Publicity Department is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the Vice President, Head of Photography. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is a self-starter and enjoys scaling creative operations to meet the growing needs of a world-class photography team.
Responsibilities:
• Spearhead a complete revamp of our admin procedures for the photo department
• Manage team Google Sites wiki with updated production schedules, casting changes, and any other pertinent production information
• Assist with press site to ensure all items are up to date
• Assist in the development of travel itineraries including arranging transportation
• Manage the process of departmental invoices, submit expenses and executive expense reports
• Provide administrative support including setting up conference calls, meetings, taking notes, and other tasks as needed
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 0-2 years of experience with relevant experience
Additional Qualifications:
• Background in photography is a plus!
• Need to be technically savvy!
• Above average verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-conscious department
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook), remote
