Celeb Secrets is looking for digital marketing enthusiasts to help coordinate content for our growing social media platforms alongside our social media team! This team will lead the social and digital strategy for Celeb Secrets and Celeb Secrets Country's social media accounts. We are seeking candidates who are passionate about pop culture, music, movies, TV, social media, and country music. You should be creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and communication skills and an understanding of Internet culture for Millennial and Gen Z audiences are essential.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy by creating a content calendar
• Research audience preferences and discover current trends, reporting relevant insights
• Create and coordinate engaging captions and content for social media posts on various platforms, including photos, GIFs, and short videos
• Work with social media directors to ensure content is informative and appealing
• Schedule content on our platforms, either manually or through marketing tools
• Manage community interactions and engage with fans across our brand's social media accounts to help grow our audience
• Perform administrative tasks for the team, such as arranging meetings and taking notes as needed
Qualifications:
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and creative thinker
• Strong communication and writing skills; able to connect with our audience
• Knowledgeable about the mechanics and best practices for various social platforms
• Forward-thinking and up-to-date with the latest cultural and digital trends
• Passionate about pop culture, movies, TV, music, and social media influencers
• Basic understanding of creative platforms like Google Workspace (Docs, Calendar, Sheets), Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, iMovie, Final Cut, and/or Adobe Premiere
• Experience with content management systems and marketing tools
• Familiarity with Celeb Secrets brands and social media accounts
• Curious about innovative products and platforms, with a willingness to implement creative ideas
• Flexible availability in accordance with internship guidelines (approximately 15 hours per week), with availability during work hours, evenings, and weekends as needed
• Previous related work experience is encouraged
• Available for academic credit or experience only
