This is a Full Time Job
A bi-coastal midsize agency seeks Agent Assistant to Vice President of the Company. Candidates must be highly motivated, skilled, and energetic with excellent communication and people skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast pace and high pressure environment is essential, as well as resourcefulness and strong attention to detail. Computer skills are a must. Ideal candidate will have interest in the entertainment industry. Prior industry experience in Film/TV and Theatre is preferred. This is a great opportunity for a passion driven individual with a strong interest in working in the Entertainment Industry.
Qualifications:
Experience working (Or interning) at a talent agency, management company, or casting office is preferred but not required.
Applicants should possess excellent computer skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, Google Docs, Filemaker Pro, Canva. Familiarity working with Actors Access/Breakdowns Express & Casting Networks is also a plus.
Great Communication skills and energy. People-oriented, reliable and organized within a fast paced, busy office environment and who works well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
Answering and directing a high volume of emails and phone calls, Sending / Confirming Auditions and Appointments Maintaining client materials, Scheduling meetings, managing calendars Assisting agents through booking process, New client paperwork, Social media posting
This is a full-time in office position. We are not able to offer any percentage of remote work at this time and ask that you not apply if you are not able to accept an in office position.
