Booker/Junior Agent - Modeling Agency

Closeup Models is a unique boutique modeling and talent agency specialized in the representation of Parts models. Closeup Models is looking for a Booker/Jr Agent to assist the owner in day to day responsibilities which includes submitting and pitching talents on various casting platforms, assisting with all the booking details and paperwork, coordinating model and talent appointments, managing the agency's roster of talent, scouting for new talents/models, overseeing agency's website, data entry. This person should have excellent communication skills, basic computer skills, a keen interest in the model and talent industry.

Previous experience in a modeling or talent agency REQUIRED. Should be extremely personable and work well under pressure. Computer and Social Media skills are a must.

We are looking for a team player and someone who is looking to grow within the agency.

Duties:
• Booking models for commercial, print and live events projects
• Submitting Models and Talent for Castings (LA Casting, Casting Frontier)
• Correspondence with casting offices and clients
• Calling models and talent to confirm and verify availability and follow-up on bookings, etc.
• Scheduling meetings, managing calendars
• Data entry
• Maintaining database
• Updating model's portfolios on the agency's website (Wordpress)
• Other agency and office duties
• Photoshop skills is a big plus
