The Job: Live Nation's US Concerts Division is seeking a Production Runner responsible for various tasks and errands related to talent and production for live shows. Confidentiality is key to this role, as you will interact closely with artists and production staff.
What This Role Will Do:
• Coordinate and deliver food and beverages to the band or talent
• Retrieve and deliver equipment and paperwork
• Ensure stage and backstage areas are clean and organized
• Assist with show pass and guest list distribution
• Support the Green Room Server with artist needs
• Perform opening, running, and closing side duties according to company policy
• Stay informed about all music, promotional, or special events in the venue
• Handle multiple tasks while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment
What This Person Will Bring:
Required:
• Must have a reliable vehicle and provide proof of insurance
• Exceptional driving record
• Knowledge of touring or stage production operations
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work late hours and have a flexible schedule
• Strong communication skills and punctuality
