Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Producer to join our team and drive the production of our vertical short drama projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully bringing short dramas to life, with a particular emphasis on creating ''hit'' content that resonates with a wide audience.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire production process of vertical short dramas, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring that each project is completed on time, within budget, and meets the highest quality standards.
Lead and manage a team of creative professionals, including writers, directors, actors, and crew, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
Source and select engaging story concepts and scripts, with a sharp eye for identifying potential hits. Work closely with writers to develop and refine storylines, ensuring they are suitable for the vertical format and target audience.
Manage all aspects of production logistics, including scheduling, budgeting, location scouting, casting, and equipment procurement.
Coordinate with post-production teams to ensure seamless editing, sound design, and visual effects that enhance the overall viewing experience.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the short drama industry, and implement innovative ideas to keep our content fresh and competitive.
Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, sponsors, and platforms to enhance the visibility and distribution of our dramas.

Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in producing short-form video content, specifically vertical short dramas. Must have a portfolio of successful projects, with ''hit'' dramas to showcase.
Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team towards a common goal.
Strong understanding of the creative process and the ability to provide creative direction and feedback to enhance the overall quality of the production.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
In-depth knowledge of the digital media landscape and audience preferences, enabling the ability to make informed decisions about content and marketing strategies.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both internally and externally, to ensure smooth collaboration and successful partnerships.
