Responsibilities:
• Conceptualize and write engaging storylines specifically designed for vertical short dramas, taking into account the unique viewing experience and audience expectations of this format.
• Produce high-quality scripts that are not only creative but also adhere to the time and format constraints, ensuring maximum viewer engagement from the very first second.
• Work closely with the production team, directors, and other stakeholders to understand the overall vision and objectives of each project, and be open to feedback and revisions to enhance the final product.
• Stay informed about the latest trends, audience preferences, and technological advancements in the vertical short drama market, and incorporate these insights into your writing.

Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in writing short-form video content, with a particular emphasis on vertical short dramas. Must have at least successfully produced vertical short dramas, preferably including some with ''hit'' status, showcasing your ability to create content that resonates with a wide audience.
• Exceptional creativity and the ability to think on your feet, generating unique and compelling story ideas that can be effectively translated into the vertical format.
• Strong writing skills, with a mastery of dialogue, pacing, and character development, allowing you to bring your stories to life vividly.
• Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines and handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• A deep understanding of the digital media ecosystem and the tastes of online audiences, enabling you to craft content that stands out in a crowded market.
