SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE, ENTERTAINMENT
Remote, United States
We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to join our Sales team as a lead in our Entertainment vertical. We are looking for someone with a track record of working within the Film/TV industry, with a demonstrated understanding of the buyer and customer needs, and established network. Your role will be to directly contribute to the growth of our success in the category by attracting and closing new business to the platform as well as growing existing accounts.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Build and execute sales strategies to win new business for Community.com
Prospect new account opportunities and penetration strategies for winning intro/demo calls
Lead all pre-sales activities as part of our customers' journey, including initial outreach, discovery, value pitch, and closing
Run platform demos that gain a deep understanding of your customer's business while offering applied solutions through Community to meet those needs.
Leverage applied technical knowledge to navigate complex business needs, coordinating with internal and external support teams as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams to determine requirements and/or speci?cations, build a customer value proposition, identify win themes, and create strategy and plan for closing
Manage and negotiate proposals/contracts (pricing, terms, etc)
Maintain strong CRM hygiene for proper revenue forecasting and consistently meet or exceed revenue goals.
Work closely with our internal teams to ensure new customers have a smooth onboarding, supporting the development of long-term, successful customer relationships
Contribute to the growth and development of the Community product with market insight, trends, and strategy.
Engage in activities focused on generating market awareness and/or demand for our product
Participate in industry events, conferences, and seminars as a representative of Community.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
5-7+ years AE experience in SaaS/MarTech Sales, Partnership, or BD roles.
Direct experience in the Entertainment vertical with an existing network of relationships in the space.
Comfortable in a quota-carrying role, with a proven track record of consistent performance
A deep understanding of the space: you show a demonstrated ability of the vertical, with clear knowledge on the stakeholders & buying processes when selling marketing technology into your customer.
A hunter mentality - you are self-motivated and a go-getter who knows how to build and close pipelines, while developing meaningful client relationships.
Best-in-class client servicing and relationship building
Practiced ability to navigate large organizations and identify key decision makers
Strong business acumen and professionalism with presentation/storytelling skills
A team player mentality with desire to learn and grow
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Compensation Range: $110,000-120,000.00 with quarterly incentives
