Global entertainment firm is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to provide top-tier administrative support for their office in San Jose for a duration of 3-4 months.
The role will include a variety of administrative and customer service duties, including:
• Greeting guests and providing directions and instructions
• Answering phones and emails; liaising internally and externally
• Scheduling and booking conference rooms
• Granting building access
• Organizing front desk area
• Assisting with projects and other tasks as needed
Some experience in administrative or customer service work is required, as well as a positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to commit to the role for 3-4 months.
