Staffing Agency is looking for a Temp/Temp to hire Assistant for their client, a top Talent Agency. This is an in-person role. All candidates must be local to Los Angeles. This role is suited for someone who wants a career working in Talent representation.
Duties included but not limited to:
-Keeping phone logs and rolling calls
-Managing busy calendars
-Keeping a log of business contacts
-Tracking submissions and email correspondence
-Data entry and updating databases
-Project management
-Taking meeting and conference call notes
-General office duties, scanning, filing, archiving and other administrative duties
-Drafting emails, documents, and memos
-Special projects and other duties as needed
Skills and Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree
-Must have minimum of 2 years' experience working as an Assistant at an Agency. Talent desks preferred
-Tech savvy PC/Mac: MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
-Able to work in fast paced environment with ever changing priorities
-Able to meet deadlines with a strong attention to detail
-Polished, calm, team player, and professional
-Proactive, able to anticipate needs, and able to problem solve
-Superior written and verbal communication skills
-Excellent references
Salary: $25.00/hour as a temp
