Opening for experienced legal entertainment assistant. This desk supports two entertainment attorneys at a midsized entertainment law firm in Century City. Minimum 3 years experience as an entertainment assistant required. Please submit your resume in Microsoft Word format if possible.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
3+ years legal entertainment experience at an entertainment law firm or in business affairs at the studios.
Word, Excel, Outlook, iManage

DUTIES:
Answer phones and check voicemail, and transcribe when required, scheduling, maintaining phone logs
Making travel arrangements
Format, create, produce, and edit correspondence and other written materials including agreements, letters, memos, cover sheets, expense reports
Document management.
Redlining and version comparisons on agreements
Transcribe dictated or written materials
Organize and prioritize hundreds of daily emails
Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets
