Personal Travel Assistant

This is a Full Time Job

Staffing Agency looking for a Travel Valet for our client located in Miami a HNWI involved in the Finance world, who enjoys travel, music, and attending music festivals. This is a role that involves traveling 50% or more of the time. The position has similar responsibilities and duties that an Assistant supporting a musician on the road would handle. Requires a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role supporting a celebrity or HNWI.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Packing, organizing and wardrobe Management
-Travel support and concierge service
-Concierge & security escort service
-Preference management
-Personal and home inventory management
-Table Service
-Beverage ordering, inventory and supply management
-Floral design and decoration
-Guest greeting and reception
-Event coordination and assistance
-Ambiance creation
-Special projects and other duties as needed

Requirements include:

-Ability to adapt to changing schedules and embrace demands of travel
-Superior interpersonal and communication skills
-A respectful and collaborative approach to working with others
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead by example
-Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
-Ability to handle challenges calmly and effectively
-Knowlege and comfortable home automation and entertainment systems is A+
-Minimum of five months of travel per year is required in this role
-Valid passport and able to travel extensively domestically and internationally
-Excellent references required

Salary: $200K + full benefits
Position can be live-in (separate apartment provided) or live-out, with live-in preferred.
Open to relocation
Flexibility to trial period
