We are excited to welcome a Admin Assistant/Billing Coordinator to our Recording Studio admin team. This position is specifically for someone with 1-3 years of admin/accounting experience--not for engineers, producers or artists.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support and Bookkeeping:
• Utilize QuickBooks to perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and accounts receivable/payable.
• Assist in various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and invoicing.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
• Assist with payroll processing and accounts payable
Front Desk Management:
• Greet visitors warmly and ensure a positive first impression of the company.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
• Assist customers and clients in person, via phone, and through email with inquiries, requests, and general assistance.
Qualifications:
• Proficiency in QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is essential.
• References required
• 1-3 years experience in administration, accounting
• Familiarity with Apple Mail and Google Workspace applications.
• Cheerful demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary
$24.00 - 28.00 Per HOUR
