ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to Talent Manager/CEO
FULL-TIME in-person
Seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the entertainment industry and excel in a fast-paced environment.
To be successful in this position, you must have strong attention to detail, strong interpersonal communication skills, and excellent computer, multitasking, and clerical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist Manager with day to day operations
* Monitor Manager's emails and manage Apple Calendar
* Manage talent submissions, pitches, and follow-ups with casting
* Coordinate auditions and callbacks
* Manage talent schedules and bookings
* Update and maintain talent audition tracking system
* Handle communications with talent, clients, agents, publicists, production, travel, etc.
* Process new project start-up paperwork and contracts
* Occasional Manager/talent related errands
Requirements:
* At least one year administrative assistant experience in a talent manager's office, agency, or related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
* Highly proficient skills in G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), DropBox, Vimeo, WeTranfer, and database management
* Must have advanced typing skills to take notes in real time for CEO and meetings
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure
* Knowledge of Breakdowns is a plus
* Knowledge of the entertainment industry a plus
Details:
* Salary: $20 per hour
* Office Hours: Monday to Friday - 10am - 6pm
* Location: Sherman Oaks - HOME OFFICE
